Customization
How do I order a custom nameplate?
Pick a nameplate style in the shop, type the exact text you want, choose your lettering style and chain option, then add it to your cart. If your idea does not match a listed style, start a custom order instead and we will lay it out with you before anything is cut.
Can I choose the lettering style?
Yes. Each nameplate lists the lettering styles available for that format — classic script, Old English, block serif and modern sans. The on-page preview shows an approximate layout so you can compare before ordering.
Can you create a design from a reference image?
Send it with a custom order request. Reference images help us understand proportion, weight and lettering. We will tell you honestly whether it can be produced as shown or needs adjustment.
Can I request something that is not shown in the shop?
That is what custom orders are for. Describe the piece, the text, the metal you have in mind and any dimensions, and we will work through it with you.
How should I spell or format my custom text?
Enter it exactly as you want it made, including capitals, spaces, accents and punctuation. We produce what is submitted, so please read it twice before ordering.
